Quakertown Police arrested Sheldon for DUI following investigation into a one-vehicle traffic accident on Juniper St.
DUI/DRUG POSSESSION – March 4, 2025

DEFENDANT – Christopher Hill, Age 47, Braithwaite Ln Quakertown, PA 18951
Quakertown Police arrested Foust for DUI and Hill for drug possession following investigation into a traffic stop on Braithwaite Ln.
TRESPASSING – March 5, 2025
DEFENDANT – Kevin Hausmann, Age 27, Thatcher Rd Quakertown, PA 18951
Quakertown Police cited Hausmann for trespassing after he was found on the property of A+ Family Dental, 24 S. 14th St after previously being warned.
ACTIVE ARREST WARRANT/POSSESSION – March 6, 2025
DEFENDANT – Brian Smith, Age 44, Old Bethlehem Pike Sellersville, PA 18960
DEFENDANT – Angelique Zanni, Age 44, Commerce Ave Willow Grove, PA 19090
Quakertown Police arrested Smith and Zanni on active arrest warrants out of Bucks County Adult Probation. On search, incident to arrest, police located suspected marijuana and paraphernalia. Smith and Zanni were also arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
INVASION OF PRIVACY – March 6, 2025
DEFENDANT – Jonathan Moyer, Age 54, Huff’s Church Rd Alburtis, PA 18011
Quakertown Police, working with a Bucks County Detective, arrested Moyer for interception of oral communications, possession of a device for interception of oral communications, possession of an instrument of crime and invasion of privacy after it was discovered he secretly placed covert cameras disguised as charging blocks in the bathroom at his office of Empower Life Coaching & Counseling LLC located at 523 W. Broad St. This investigation is ongoing.

Quakertown Police arrested Liebman on an active arrest warrant out of Bucks County Adult Probation and Parole.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – March 13, 2025

Quakertown Police filed charges of criminal mischief against Alcantara following investigation into an incident that occurred on Feb 18th in the parking lot of Country Cleaners, 309 W. Broad St.

Quakertown Police arrested Trumbauer on an active arrest warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

Quakertown Police conducted a compliance check on March 12, 2025 of all smoke shops which were previously delivered the Quakertown Borough ordinance for sale of drug paraphernalia, and found that Qtown Mini Mart, Smoker’s Galaxy, and Euphoria Smoke Shop were in violation. As a result, Nln, H. Patel, and K. Patel were all cited.

Quakertown Police cited Deswal for disorderly conduct following a compliance check of Qtown Mini Mart, 408 West Broad Street, where he attempted to sell Nitrous to an officer.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS/THEFT – March 14, 2025

Quakertown Police arrested Johnson for criminal trespass and theft after police were dispatched for a domestic dispute in the 300 block of West Broad Street.
TERRORISTIC THREATS/HARASSMENT – March 15, 2025

Quakertown Police arrested a juvenile female for terroristic threats and harassment after police were advised of threats emailed from a student to a staff member of Strayer Middle School.

Quakertown Police arrested Wagner on an outstanding bench warrant out of Montgomery County for failure to appear after a traffic stop for riding a motorized pedal cycle on the sidewalk on Hellertown Ave.

Quakertown Police filed charges of theft, access device fraud, and ID theft against Farmer and Pride after investigation into a theft of a purse from Panera Bread, 139 North West End Boulevard, on June 25, 2024.

Quakertown Police, at the request of the Council of Southeast PA, conducted a compliance check on all businesses in Quakertown Borough that sell tobacco nicotine products. As a result, Galaxy Smoke Shop, Smoker’s Destiny Outlet, Subway EZ Mart, Malik, Garcia, and Pravin were all in violation and citations were filed.

Quakertown Police cited LeBourgeois for disorderly conduct and harassment following investigation into a projectile (gel ball) hitting a staff member at the Quakertown High School, 600 Park Avenue.

Quakertown Police arrested Davis for criminal trespass, indecent exposure, and other relating charges following investigation into a report of a naked male attempting to gain access to a residence through a window with an air conditioner.
