Quakertown Police arrested Dam for an outstanding arrest warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear following a traffic stop in the parking lot of Pep Boys, 222 S. West End Blvd.

Quakertown Police arrested Ernst for an outstanding arrest warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear while on patrol in the area of W. Mill St and Brookfield Cir.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – January 4, 2025

DEFENDANT – Jesse Weaver, Age 35, Oak Ln Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police cited Weaver for public drunkenness after police were dispatched to Giant Food Stores, 1465 W. Broad St for an intoxicated male who was unconscious in the bathroom.

POSSESSION OF SMALL AMOUNT – January 5, 2025

DEFENDANT – Zeke Lutz, Age 30, Kintner Hill Rd Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972

Quakertown Police arrested Lutz for possession of a small amount following a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration in the area of E. Broad St and N. Hellertown Ave.

FLEEING AND ELUDING – January 6, 2025

DEFENDANT – Tyler Llewellyn, Age 19, California Rd Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a loud exhaust on Dec 29th in the area of Franklin St and S. Hellertown Ave. The vehicle did not stop and attempted to flee and evade police. Following investigation into the incident, Llewellyn was found to be driving the vehicle and arrested for fleeing and eluding

SIMPLE ASSAULT/HARASSMENT/ACTIVE ARREST WARRANT – January 6, 2025

DEFENDANT – Daishawn Mewborn, Age 32, Hills Pl Trenton, NJ 08618

Quakertown Police arrested Mewborn for simple assault and harassment after police were dispatched to an active domestic dispute at 725 W. Broad St. Mewborn was also found to have an outstanding arrest warrant out of Bucks County for failure to appear.

Quakertown Police arrested a male juvenile for criminal mischief stemming from an incident where a brick was thrown through a window on S. 10th St which occurred on Dec 30th.

Quakertown Police arrested Amusa for possession following a traffic stop in the area of 8th St and W. Broad St for a vehicle with a tinted license plate cover.

DEFENDANT – Cheyenne Franks, Age 19, Raub Rd Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Franks for DUI following investigation into a traffic accident which occurred in the area of W. Broad St and S. West End Blvd.

FORGERY/ THEFT BY DECEPTION/POSSESSION OF DRUGS & PARAPHERNALIA – January 9, 2025

DEFENDANT – Dante Cardelli, Age 55, Elmwood Ave Philadelphia, PA 19142

Quakertown Police arrested Cardelli for forgery, theft by deception, and possession of drugs and paraphernalia following investigation into an incident at QNB, 15 N. 3rd St, where a subject attempted to withdraw money from a bank account which did not belong to him using a fake ID. On search, incident to arrest, police located suspected cocaine and paraphernalia.

Quakertown Police arrested Jean-Pierre Debarr for an outstanding arrest warrant for DUI out of Colonial Regional PD following a traffic stop in the parking lot of McAdoo & Allen, 201 S. Hellertown Ave.

Quakertown Police arrested Castro and Zaldivar-Torres for possession of a firearm following investigation into a traffic stop in the parking lot of Giant, 1465 W. Broad St for multiple traffic violations.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY – January 14, 2025

Quakertown Police arrested Talalt for receiving stolen property after he was found in possession of a generator, snowblower, and lawnmower that belonged to his neighbor who reported the items missing on Jan 13^th.

Quakertown Police cited a female juvenile for possession of an e-cigarette on school property following an incident where a student was smoking in the bathroom at QCHS, 600 Park Ave.

Quakertown Police arrested Kratz for obstruction after he approached the witness in another case against him at Grundy House, 1611 Park Ave, and offered her money to drop that case.

INHALING NITROUS OXIDE – January 28, 2025

Quakertown Police arrested Jordan for inhaling nitrous oxide after investigation into a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of Pets Plus, 117 S. West End Blvd.
