Concert Rescheduling

Dear Ticket Holder,

State regulations indicate that concert venues will not be permitted to have a capacity of over 250 attendees until Pennsylvania has completely moved out of the Green phase. Due to these regulations, the Sounds of Summer Concert Team felt that it was in the staffs, volunteers, and concert attendees best interest to postpone the 2020 Sounds of Concert Series until 2021. While it is disappointing that the concert series will need to be postponed, we are excited to announce that all artists will be performing in the 2021 Sounds of Summer Concert Series. Please review below information on the rescheduled dates and for ticket information.

Rescheduled Show Dates:
The Marshall Tucker Band- July 8th, 2021
Chris Janson-July 9th, 2021
Gretchen Wilson-June 18th, 2021
The Hooters-August 13th, 2021
The Beach Boys-August 27th, 2021

ALL PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED TICKETS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW CONCERT DATES.

Ticket Exchange/Refund Policy

All tickets purchased before June 11th, 2020 are valid for the new 2021 shows and have been automatically transferred to the new date. Ticket holders who are unable to attend the new dates are eligible to exchange their tickets for another 2021 show at The Univest Performance Center for the same value or request a refund. The deadline to submit for a ticket exchange and refund will be Wednesday, July 1, 2020.

How to request and ticket exchange/refund

Ticket holders who cannot attend the new date and would like to exchange their tickets for another show should email concerts@quakertown.org. Ticket holders who cannot attend the new date and would like to request a refund should email concerts@quakertown.org. Once initiated, refunds will take 3-5 business days to process.

While it is disappointing to postponed the Sounds of Summer Concert Series, we encourage everyone to follow the guidelines of the World Health Organization and local public health officials. We look forward to see you next year!

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Sincerely,
The Sounds of Summer Concert Team
