Celebrate Earth Day with us from home!
With the coronavirus pandemic forcing Americans to stay at home, celebrations of the 50th anniversary of Earth Day on April 22 have been postponed and cancelled . But that doesn’t mean individuals shouldn’t get out and do their part to take care of the planet.
The Quakertown Borough Parks and Recreation Department have organized several ways to celebrate Earth Day from your home!
This activity booklet is filled with your favorites such as a scavenger hunt, word search, coloring page, and more!
How will you help the Earth?
Saving the Earth sounds difficult, doesn't it? In essence it is. But there are many simple ways you can do your part to help save the earth such as recycling, using a reusable water bottle, and turning your lights off when you leave a room.
Download and print out this pledge sheet to show how you are going to do your part to help save the Earth! Share with us on Facebook!
