One (1) “bulk” item will be picked up each month during bulk item collection week on your scheduled trash day - the first full week of each month. Construction materials, "white items", and TVs will NOT be collected. "White items" refer to household items such as refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, etc. Mattresses and box springs count as one (1) item, but must be placed in a plastic bag before placing them curbside. Mattress bags can be purchased at Borough Hall, 35 N. Third Street, for a cost of $5.00 each.
